Kind of work:

Work description: Development of a holistic recycling process for lithium-ion-batteries. Certain steps of this recycling process have already been developed, and currently they are being implemented in an industrial environment. That is why it will be the intern's task to record the existing process, to optimize it where necessary and to furtherly develop missing process steps. Therefore, it will also be the intern's task to conduct trials on the mechanical processing (comminution, screening, separation, and flotation) and to analyze hydrometallurgical processes (leaching, precipitation, solvent extraction and others).
