Work description: Assisting laboratory technicians in routine maintenance of Civil Engineering laboratory tools and equipment. • Assisting laboratory technicians in preparing the laboratory for students’ practical’s • Assisting laboratory technicians in the lab (during the internal attachment) on Civil Engineering Laboratory experiments • Assisting laboratory technicians in reviewing of laboratory practical manuals. • Assisting laboratory technicians in sensitizing students on laboratory rules and regulations. • Assisting laboratory technicians in identifying unserviceable, obsolete and surplus assets and prepare a report on the same. • Assist final year students and postgraduate students in data collection during the laboratory and/or field experiments. • Undertake any other duty assigned by the CoD in Civil Engineering Department on need basis.
