Work description: Mechatronics/Electronics Intern: Title of Project: Robotics and AI Showcase in Diverse Projects for Innovative Impact Work Description: 1. Development of a 3D printing robot for enhanced functionality and user-specific customization. 2. Development of a Line Follower Robot that tracks a thick line using infrared sensors. 3. Creation of a Pick and Place Robotic Vehicle for object manipulation and multi-directional movement. 4. Development of an Autonomous Mobile Robot using a Raspberry Pi-based system, webcam for shape detection, and GPIO pins for directional control. 5. Creation of an Obstacle Avoiding Robot that is fully autonomous and adapts its movements based on obstacle detection. 6. Designing an Autonomous Underwater Robot, an AUV tailored for underwater exploration with a modular electronic system. Project Outcome: 1. Research paper publication in a renowned journal. If the intern wishes to work from home: 1. We need you to be able to devote at least 5 hours per day to develop tasks. 2. We will set up weekly meetings to follow up on the progress of work using Skype. 3. You shall be provided with the existing resources for your aid. 4. Due to the time zone difference, we expect you to be flexible with meeting timings. 5. Although no stipend will be provided, Manipal University Jaipur recognizes the hard work of remote interns and shall be providing a sponsored Coursera License for 1 year that you may use to skill up with a world-class learning experience.
