Keeping personnel files up to date and making adjustments when necessary. To make necessary arrangements for participation in training programs. Ensuring compliance with human resources policies and procedures. Participating in events to increase communication between employees. Accounting Intern: Tasks: Organizing financial documents, making entries and keeping the accounting system up to date. Checking invoices and tracking payments. Performing banking transactions and keeping bank accounts up to date. Providing support for monthly financial reports. Preparing tax returns and supporting related processes. Education Intern: Tasks: Organizing and coordinating training programs. Creating or updating training materials. Planning and implementing training activities. Gather participant feedback and make suggestions to improve programs. To follow up and report training activities.
